Since it’s been a long while since I shared any quotes, I
thought I’d resume that practice with one by Elbert Hubbard. “Little minds are interested in the
extraordinary, great minds in the commonplace.” I love this quote.
Makes a person stop and think, least those whose egos aren’t so big as
to cloud that ability.
LOL.
Every day we’re surrounded buy the ordinary. Doesn’t matter how extraordinary our
lives may be. Commonplace things
have a way of infusing themselves into the everyday fibers of our beings, lives
and experiences. There are those
who, caught up in the need to prove themselves extraordinary with things, deeds
etc, fail to notice the beauty contained in those commonplace things.
How sad…to miss so
very much of the world, its offerings.
