of stress release….
I’m
an extremely dexterous person. Always
have been. So whenever I’m under stress
or trying to relax, I find that the best way to accomplish such is to focus my
mind on being highly creative while keeping my hands super busy. By keeping my mind engaged, I don’t allow it
to run amok with what-ifs. Meanwhile,
keeping my hands busy allows me to bleed off nervous energy that might
otherwise have me jumping around like a cat on a hot tin roof.
So I wonder, what do others
do to keep calm when stressed?
